Numbers were down for both Mellor and Timperley, so the girls played 11 aside. It was a great game with notable saves from our awesome goalie Olivia Haskell keeping the score line firmly in Mellor's favour. Fabulous defence by Lucy, Martha and Alice Thompson and great midfield play by Amelie, Alice, Katie Mayer, Jasmine Reid and Annabel Noble kept the ball moving in the direction Mellor wanted. Great in Attack were Katie Hewetson and Eve Brady. A fabulous team effort with stirling performances from some our youngest players. Well played team!!
