A poor face count today set the tone for a performance that was often second best. We let in too many soft goals and when we did have opportunities we were not as clinical this week. Facing one of the stronger teams we were punished time and again by being outfought in midfield and the end result didn't flatter. A team that we should be capable of going toe to toe against, if everyone is on their game but today we weren't. Effort couldn't be questioned, in appalling conditions at times, but much to work on if we are to turn it around the next time we meet.
