With a makeshift defence, both Robbie & Toby stepping in to goal and a number of late sicknesses this had "banana skin" written all over it but the boys eased to another win in an 8 aside game against Boardman & Eccles.
Debutant James Kennedy settled well notching his first club goal and was 1 of 7 on the score sheet. Typically unselfish play by our more experienced players saw a hatful of opportunities being created but we didnt really play to our best today. Passing was sloppy and we lacked any real desire to win the ball - no doubt most of this down to the rubbish conditions.
Massive thanks to both Robbie and Toby for taking their first stints in goal with Ned down in London. With half the team very much under the weather the final whistle couldnt come fast enough and the unbeaten run continues.
